On Saturday Ireland’s Rugby Union team became champions of Europe. 

Having beaten the teams of the five other nations, Ireland - with the smallest population and (quite possibly) the least cash to spend on resources and players’ and staff wages – came out on top of the Six Nations Championship.  I’ll spare you the match details in case you’re not a rugby union fanatic - just invite you to share my joy!
